As the Autumn comes close and the covid restriction are lifted i would like to announce the Autumn Retreat in Interlaken Bellevue.
This one and a half year of Covid lockdowns and restrictions have been a special time for all of us and if it has taught us one thing, that we should appreciate life and respect and make the best of our limited time on this planet.
The topic of this years Autumn retreat is "Appreciate Life" through the yoga and healthy living. The Autumn Retreat will take place in Interlaken Bellevue Hotel as each year.The date is November 26 to 28.
The Price for the workshop is 230.
The prices for the Hotel are:
Single room: 115 per night with breakfast (2 available only)
Double room sharing: 90 per night with breakfast
Double room for single use: 130 per night with breakfast.

Da der Herbst naht und die Covid-Beschränkung aufgehoben ist, möchte ich das Herbstretreat in Interlaken Bellevue ankündigen.
Diese anderthalb Jahre der Covid-Sperren und -Einschränkungen waren für uns alle eine besondere Zeit und wenn es uns eines gelehrt hat, sollten wir das Leben und den Respekt schätzen und das Beste aus unserer begrenzten Zeit auf diesem Planeten machen.
Das Thema des diesjährigen Herbstretreats ist "Das Leben schätzen" durch Yoga und gesundes Leben. Das Herbstretreat findet wie jedes Jahr im Interlaken Bellevue Hotel statt. Datum ist der 26. bis 28. November.
Der Preis für den Workshop beträgt 230.
